Fist of all let me say the service department here sucks. My son’s truck has been there for over a month. I had had to track progress on this truck from the time it went there because no one knows how to cal My son’s truck has been there for over a month. I had had to track progress on this truck from the time it went there because no one knows how to call back and tell you what’s going on. Drove by yesterday and no still has yet to call to tell me the truck is done or any progress. Also my sons has only owned this truck for 6 months and what do you know the power steering is bad. Funny how that wasn’t caught in their wonderful inspections they do on vehicles before selling them. I do know about trucks and know this won’t go bad in 6 months and now they want me to pay an awesome amount of money to fix it. Go figure….. and no one wants to do anything about it sorry don hattan this falls on you for it being missed by your amazing mechanics. Don hattan teach your service department to have better customer service because it sucks. Will not be returning here ever again and have definitely passed to word on to my derby people who have been looking at cars or will be. Very disappointed in this dealership. We bought a used Honda Passport on the cold, rainy day before Easter. Mike Alemanni met us at the door and was a pleasure to work with. I was dreading the idea of talking to a salesperson about the truck I wanted to purchase on the lot. I drove onto the lot and Trevon M greeted me with a smile while introducing himself while standing outside the truck I wanted to purchase on the lot. He did an excellent job at making me feel welcomed and listened to what I expected during my purchasing experience. It was important to me to know that this was a no haggle dealership which Trevon pointed out. I requested a test drive and Trevon and a few other gentlemen warmed up the truck and cleaned off the snow. There was a major snow fall and my test drive experience was excellent. My interaction with the finance manager, Mason D, was professional as well as personable. He was very thorough while explaining each step of the paperwork process. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. My overall experience was very positive and the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Since I bought my truck during a major snow storm Trevon and Mason told me to bring it in after the storm cleared up to have it washed and detailed. I was referred by a previous customer who was very happy with her experience and she was given $100 for referring me. More

Recently we found that one of the tires on our Highlander had a flat tire. We called AAA to have the spare put on as we needed to go out of town the next day. When the technician came to install the spare, had a flat tire. We called AAA to have the spare put on as we needed to go out of town the next day. When the technician came to install the spare, the spare was not the correct one for the vehicle. We purchased the suv in May of 2021. Thankfully we had not previously needed a spare tire. When we went to the dealership to tell them about the problem, they denied any responsibility. We asked the speak to the sales manager, but were denied the opportunity. They only offer to SELL us the correct wheel/tire. I think the correct wheel/tire should have come with the vehicle. Buyer beware. The next time you buy a car, you had better check that the spare tire they sell you actually fits the car. More
