My Review of Don Massey Pontiac Buick GMC:
Do not do business here! We purchased a car theree in March 2004. We were forced in to buying an extended warranty for approx 2-3K. We did not want the warranty, but were promised we could return it, and get our money returned.<br><br>We have been trying to return the warranty since March. If we call the dealership we are transfered many times, and then eventually hung up on. We the began to go up to the dealeship. We have waited up to an hour on several different occaions to speak with the finance director who did our loan. His name is Brent Fahenstock.<br><br>Brent would not see us. Finally another month went by, and my husband finally worked his way in to Brent's office. Brent was rude, nd demanded our warranty paperwork. He said it would be returned in 6-8 weeks. Ten weeks went by, and I came to find nothing was done.<br><br>We are now back at square one. And every day that goes by I am loosing more money. I have set my sights on the General Manager. I am told that her name is Evette, but I would not know because evertime I call no one can seem to transfer me to her. And when I asked for her voice mail i was hung up on.<br><br>Do not do business here.
