Every time I've had my Ram serviced I've had issues. The first time they rotated my tires they didn't put one of the simulator hubcaps on good and it fell off on the way home and they wouldn't replace i The first time they rotated my tires they didn't put one of the simulator hubcaps on good and it fell off on the way home and they wouldn't replace it. They wanted $150. For another one. They never fill up the DEF which i was told when I bought it that they would fill it up any time it needed it. I've told them that my dash cover is coming off. I have the bumper to bumper that's still in warranty and they said I'd have to pay half of the cost to replace it. I agreed to do it but I doubt if they even ordered the replacement. This last time they serviced it I drove it home and parked it for a couple of days and it wouldn't start. I called them and they said I'd have to have it towed in. I did and I guess the batteries were bad. They charged me almost $1000. For 2 batteries. I'm just not happy at all with them. I'll probably be trading my 2020 Ram Mega Cab dually off soon. It has 41,000 miles on it. I'm a Cash paying customer but if you were me would you be going back to Don Vance to trade? More

Decided to stop in and "just look" and i can say that it was the best decision we could have made. From start to finish it was the best experience we have had. Our salesman Steve Nix listened to our needs a was the best decision we could have made. From start to finish it was the best experience we have had. Our salesman Steve Nix listened to our needs and went out of his way to find what we needed. He didn't try to push us or sale us anything we wasn't interested in. He also treated us with respect and listened to every question we had and any concerns. From sales to finance was so smooth and fast it was unbelievable. Then after everything was finished the manager introduced him self and reassured me that if we needed anything or had any questions we was more than welcome to call him. To be honest we did not look forward to car shopping after loosing a vehicle in a accident after only having it 7 months and having a terrible experience with that dealership.But i can also say that Don Vance changed that for us and we look forward to continuing to do business in the future. More
