Hello and God bless. Came in for a recall on airbag passenger side. Ms Jenna was great, set up datte/time. Cmae in on date for service, and Ms Jenna had us in/out 45 min. Our company had my work truck towed here and I was on on the phone with the company when they called and told the service mgr they were bringing the truck there. The next day the service mgr calls and conde the phone with the company when they called and told the service mgr they were bringing the truck there. The next day the service mgr calls and condescendingly states no one called about this truck then a week later no one has called and updated us and when we called the service mgr said no one has even looked at it yet and was extremely rude. Then pops off and says "besides your company never made an appt anyways" to which it replied, yes they did, I was on the phone when they did and she commences to screaming and I hung up. She called me back and I refused to answer. Our company called her and she said she is not servicing our truck to come get it. This service mgr has single handedly destroyed this company's reputation. I've read multiple negative reviews about her now. More
