I came to the dealership and Manny and Cliff instructed me to take the car to their mechanic shop on Bissonnet-immediately the confusion and games began. The mechanic Ceno had us waiting for hours for a diagnosis, once he figured out the problem he told us he couldn’t disclose the issue until he talked to the owner, Jerome..after many more hours we were told the job would cost us $593.68, still not communicating the problem. After waiting more hours we were finally told it was the compressor. We came up with the money and after spending 9 hours at the shop we were told we were ready and all issues had been fixed, this happened on 7/30/25-the air was slightly cool and we were told over the next few days it would be 100% cool. Within 2 days the air was hotter than ever and the check engine light came on. I came back to the dealership, no one would answer my phone calls-and was told the mechanic Ceno was fired because he was doing faulty work. Over the next 2 weeks I pleaded with Jerome, the owner to have integrity and honesty and complete the job correctly. At this point I received an email to come to the shop they would fix it, a new shop manager named Benny assured me that he was familiar with what happened and he would take care of everything at no charge. I drove in the sweltering heat to the shop on 3 separate occasions and was told they were waiting on parts. They have since decided to ghost me and leave all of my messages on read stating we needed approval from Jerome. I am working with my finance company and they have instructed me to contact the better business bureau that the dealership obviously has no intentions on fixing the job. I’m writing this review to warn you not to do business with Done Deal they are scammers. While at the shop I met a lady who had her transmission go out within 2 months of purchasing her vehicle. She had sent the owner $2000 directly to his Zelle and was still having problems with her vehicle being fixed, she mentioned having to rent a car for 2 weeks while she waited for her vehicle to be repaired. If anyone wants to join my letter to the Better Business Bureau and lawsuit because you also have been scammed please reach out to: desireeadams5@icloud.com not to mention the mechanic who told me he was aware of the faulty work Ceno performed, told me they fired him and are withholding 2 weeks of pay for telling me the truth of what happened with my vehicle. I contacted this dealer about a truck they advertised on cars.com They told me the truck was in great shape-clean report. I flew out to tx to get the truck. After getting the truck back to florida I had my mechanic check it and to my surprise it needed a $2300 transfer case. These crooks knew about the problem and stuck that truck right up u know were. PLEASE learn from my being taken and don't sign an as is agreement or a litigation only document in there area as these two forms strip you of going back after them when they screw you.
