Tim and the dealership was flawless . Ford however still has some problems. The brand new Sync 4 system doesn’t work, no voice commands working and no speaker working with phone. Ford’s a Ford however still has some problems. The brand new Sync 4 system doesn’t work, no voice commands working and no speaker working with phone. Ford’s answer is sorry it’s on back order. So basically here take this brand new truck that has this really cool new sync 4 system that doesn’t work. Sorry it doesn’t work and also we can’t tell you when it will be fixed. To me this is completely unacceptable for Ford to not at least promise me that my new truck will work perfectly within a certain amount of time. More
