Came in for an oil change, was informed of recall work needed, one of them to do with a headlight assembly. After work was completed, I was received a call saying my led lights weren't working and wanted needed, one of them to do with a headlight assembly. After work was completed, I was received a call saying my led lights weren't working and wanted me to pay a diag fee to figure out why. In addition to that, now the AC condensation flows in to my passenger compartment when it didnt before. The lights were working when they went in and now they want to hustle even more out of me to figure out why and how they rewired it wrongly. More

I had a 9am appointment and did not get out until 10:35. I had a basic oil change ( no tire rotation). So in my opinion that is unacceptable. I took my wife’s car to another dealer for the same service and I had a basic oil change ( no tire rotation). So in my opinion that is unacceptable.
