My Review of Douglas Volkswagen:
This was one of the best experiences we had in purchasing a car. We specifically wanted a 5 speed manual in a 2012 Jetta. We were offered an extensive selection of colors and also options for type of engine. The salesman, Bobby McCall, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He really made us feel comfortable by not being overly aggressive. His focus was on satisfying our needs. After visiting the service area, we immediately agreed to what we felt was a fair price. We picked up our new Jetta the next day. The entire experience was flawless.

Went to a Vw dealer close to my home and unfortunately after being there for about 30 mins I knew that wasn't going to buy my car there. So I went to Douglas Vw and met wit tito. And what a difference. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and after 45 mins of driving the car and picking out color I went home with my new beetle. If your going to buy a Vw go buy it from tito at Douglas vw

These guys at Douglas are the shining star of their profession. Duncan Bradley was my salesperson and was great from the very beginning. I never felt pressured and the whole process with him was straightforward and easy. Ownership here should be very proud of that entire team. I've had to interact with a couple of others from the staff to pick up plates, etc...and every person I've dealt with was a pleasure. I always plan on purchasing cars from them in the future now that I've discovered these guys. Thank you to everyone at Douglas.

Vlad at Douglas VW was an absolute pleasure to work with!
We were shopping for a new Touareg and all the other VW dealerships we went to - we just couldn't trust what they were "selling us".
However, Vlad at Douglas VW was a fresh breathe of air... he was friendly, honest and up-front with us from the start. I highly recommend visiting Vlad at Douglas VW for your next car... friendly service & very reliable!

My Review of Douglas Volkswagen:
After owning over 10 VW's in my lifetime, I took my dad their, he is (was) a dedicated Honda loyalist until he drove the new Passat. We were so lucky to have dealt with Chris NG, no pressure, no tactics, no b/s -- he wanted him to be happy. We arranged for a test drive, the car was cleaned and ready to go. He even has identical cars, but one of less price, so that my dad could make a fair comparison. He allowed us to drive it, even offered a 24 hour test drive if we wanted it. Needless to say, we feel in love the with car, and although he took the lesser model, Chris was supportive and praised his decision to be budget conscious by not leasing extra items that he did not need as he was conscientious and scrupled in realizing what my father's needs were. To me, this type of experience, I plan to share with anyone who will listen. Kudos to Dougles for employing professionals who actually care about their customers needs first, listen, and when we had a question, he called us back within minutes to make sure that we had all of the information we needed to make an informed decision.

My Review of Douglas Volkswagen:
I recently picked up my second VW in 2 years from Douglas -- a 2012 Tiguan. The car is incredible and I highly recommend it. I considered a different dealer closer to my work for this latest purchase but it became clear very quickly that the treatment I was accustomed to at Douglas and especially from my salesperson Jeremy Gutierrez was not to be taken for granted. The "other" dealer tried a blatant "bait and switch" and wasted a lot of my time. Douglas stood by their offer all the way through. It amazes me that in this day and age that all dealers have not figured out that customers just want to be treated with honesty and integrity and get the best deal of course. Those are the qualities I found at Douglas and with my salesperson Jeremy.
