Tito and Chris made my first car buying experience really great! When I test drove the GTI, Tito gave me a real test drive. Not some around the block and back to the dealer nonsense. He went straight to the point; knew that I was not going to pay MSRP for it and gave me a great deal. They were very honest and upfront with everything regarding the car. They did not pressure me with anything I did not want and the price they quoted me was the price I got. Chris walked me through everything on the financing side and made sure I understood everything. No surprise fees or hidden fees at all. Tito even sent me a picture of the car once they got it in the dealership! Tito went into detail explaining the features of the car which surprised us because when my girlfriend bought her Camry, they just gave her the keys and waved goodbye. These guys are true gentlemen and I would not hesitate to buy another VW from them. I will definitely recommend them to anyone interested in looking into a VW. Thank You Douglas Volkswagen for taking the time to read my review. I am happy to report that my overall experience when purchasing our 2010 CC was beyond sensational. Jeremy Gutierrez was the salesman that took care of us, explained each step in the purchasing process in a clear manner, was kind and courteous, and made sure we left with a smile on our faces and satisfaction beyond what we were expecting. All of these qualities are something my family and I consider not only when purchasing a car, but as well when meeting an individual for the first time.

Sales Consultant Vlad Voskoboynikov was recommended to me by my neice, Kristin who leased a Volkswagen a month ago. I took her advice and was extremely happy with him. The Sales Rep was very good and very helpful the only thing that I didn't like was that I was told that my daughter had 7 days to get her own insurance but the next day I got a call hounding me about getting insurance that day (the day after driving the car off the lot), it's like they didn't even give my daughter a chance to get the insurance so I put her on minds until hers go into effect. Other than that everything else was great.
