The call to Nissan Finance took 48 m I had issues with the Douglas Nissan finance process. Setting up an account with Nissan Finance was terrible. The call to Nissan Finance took 48 minutes to make contact. Then I went through the process of setting up an account and establishing an auto pay account. The system informed me that the Nissan account and auto pay was completed. The next day, I tried to log in and could not. The system did not recognize my password. Very frustrating. More

Checked our local dealer inventory in alabama and saw waco was in the ball park and the no pressure shocked us. We went back in to crunch numbers. He helped us navigate our buying experience worked with me and went above and beyond. When my bank only alowwed half of my agreed cash downpayment via debit card . They let us take it back to our hotel call our bank the next morning and complete the other part of payment over the phone. I will probably fly back for my next purchase thanks chad!
