This is my second purchase from Downey Hyundai. I like these dealership because employees are very supportive, knowledgeable in all areas, and friendly behavior. During this purchase, I came across with Mike Baitieh (sales department) and Ravi (finance). I just said that both are very nice people. Mike explained me very well about cars and features. He understood my requirement and he offered me great car which fulfilled my all requirements. Ravi explained me very nicely about finance term and paperwork. Also, he explained me all protection packages and warranty extension packages. Overall Downey Hyundai is one of good dealer. I recommend to all friends and relatives. More
