Very friendly staff. They met all my needs quickly. But I was told when I made the appointment for my car’s service that the dealership had the needed parts in stock. When I brought in my car I was informed that they did not have the parts in stock. This required a second trip for me to the dealership. The dealership provided a free inspection of my car while they had it which is nice. The inspection report stated the car had a broken right rear spring. After I got the car back I personally removed and inspected the right rear spring (which is almost new) I it is in perfect condition. I don’t understand how they could have made this obvious error. More
