Drive N-Motion: Rio Rancho

Don't not buy a vehicle from this company. We bought a vehicle at the beginning of November 2025 drove it for 2 days to end up in the shop for repairs. They have now had our vehicle for almost 6 months with the same run around of oh we had to order the parts from Germany. I went in a little over a month ago and asked for my money back they said they can't due to it being a breach of contract even though the contract states the vehicle was in working order with no mechanical issues and if it needed repair it would be done in a timely manner. I then asked for a detailed parts list of all the parts that were ordered and installed in my vehicle, they said they couldn't provide me anything as their systems didnt even have any information on the parts that were apparently installed but bmw could. Talked to Brent he said he talked to the service department and bmw ordered parts last Thursday March 12th 2026. I called bmw this morning and they advised that they haven't put a single part that drivenmotion claims they had bmw replace, the bmw rep then says that they have only diagnosed my vehicle and have been waiting for drivenmotion to approve the parts they have had in stock the entire time since drivenmotion has taken my vehicle to them.. You can't get a manager to call back the whole time finally get in contact with the Colorado branch to be fed some crap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! You've been warned More

Service department SUCKS I had an appointment with the service department after they deleted a code on the truck when the truck hit 100 miles the code came back up and everybody acted stupid like they did service department after they deleted a code on the truck when the truck hit 100 miles the code came back up and everybody acted stupid like they didn't know what was happening. I called to bring it in for service and was told that it won't take long and scheduled an appointment and the day of my appointment. I called again to let them know. I was on my way because the NOX sensor was bad. and the key fob web after I called to let the service department know I was on my way. They said that they would have my truck through the weekend so I paid for all of the repairs out of my pocket because of the xxxxxxxx service department. More
