***DO NOT BUY FROM HERE*** I received a message from a sales person named Bladen stating that they would add an additional $1500 to my trade in. We purchased a 2022 Trax with 6800 miles for 20K in March o sales person named Bladen stating that they would add an additional $1500 to my trade in. We purchased a 2022 Trax with 6800 miles for 20K in March of 2025 from them and would be trading it in. I immediately messaged back and headed to the dealership because at almost 14k miles a check engine light came on and to say I was unhappy is an understatement and wanted to get rid of the vehicle. Bladen was new and had another sales associate assisting him. Bladen found a 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid with a little over 60K miles for 21K. They took my keys, checked the mileage (14298), test drove and came back with an offer of 14K. I refused because we were already upside down owing 24K on the Trax and there was only an additional 7K miles since we purchased it. They came back with an offer of $15k and I asked for my keys. They were not willing to come down on the price of the Escape and ignored my request to return my keys. I asked if the $1500 would be added to the $15k that I was told when Bladen called and left a message and I got no response.I asked for my keys again and Bladen started to walk to the desk and the person helping Bladen gave him an eye gesture (as if I wasn't looking right at him and couldn't see) of don't get her keys. At this point I not only have two sales people, I have 3 people once Bladen returns WITHOUT my keys. I explain to the 3rd person that we are upside down because they sold us the Trax and we have the extended warranty and gap that we purchased, now he leaves and comes back with a 4th person. At this point I've asked for my keys to be returned to me more times than I can remember just to be told that the warranty and gap would transfer to the other vehicle. I literally had to get up from my chair and walk towards the door to get the point across " THAT I WANT MY KEYS" just to have them still trying to talk me into this deal. I asked where my car was and asked for my keys again and finally had them handed over to me. As a woman going into a dealership by herself to be bullied, which is exactly what they were doing by not returning my keys to get a sale, is not excusable. I should have NEVER had to ask more than ONCE for my keys. And these 4 gentlemen picked the wrong woman to try to intimidate to make their sale. More
So I buy this 2021 Bronco Sport from DRIVEHUBLER preowned along with an extended warranty. Thing has about 42k miles at the time and the tire was low. They aired it up and said if it leaked again they'd fix along with an extended warranty. Thing has about 42k miles at the time and the tire was low. They aired it up and said if it leaked again they'd fix it. Great they did. But right away I'm noticing this LOUD moaning noise in the rear breaks when backing up, usually when it's cold and damp. When I inform them the tire is still leaking and needs to be fixed I also tell them about this noise. This is within like a week or two of taking ownership. I probably hand’nt put 100 miles on it. When I take it in for the tire they tell me they can't look at the breaks at that time because it wasn't on the schedule but this is a KNOWN problem with this model and a technical service bulletin is out to repair it. I make several other attempts to get them to do something about this noise, but get no response. Finally I just schedule an appointment to get them looked at at the Hubler Ford dealer they sent me to for the tire. I thought since I informed from the get go and had an extended warranty, Surely somebody is gonna do the right thing here. BOY WAS I WRONG. HUBLER FORD CHARGED ME $75 BUCKS TO TELL ME WHAT THEY ALREADY HAD AND THAT DRIVEHUBLER PREOWNED AND THE EXTENDED WAREANTY WERE NOT GOING TO COVER IT BECAUSE ITS A MAINTENANCE ITEM? Are you kidding me? They hand me an estimate for $550 bucks to replace rear breaks and do the "upgrades" to the rear breaks to repair the KNOWN ISSUE with the noise. It's not like I drove this thing around for months and then wanted new brakes. I barely had it a week when I (and my neighbors) first heard this loud MOANING BRAKE NOISE every time I backed out of my driveway. THIS IS AN ISSUE THEY KNOW THEY HAVE WITH THIS MODEL AND THEY KNOW THE UPGRADE HAD NOT BEEN DONE TO IT BEFORE THEY SOLD IT TO ME. if they had said “oh by the way, these have a terrible break noise you'll need to take care of” I'd have been off that lot. ITS $550 bucks. That's nothing to HUBLER GROUP, to me it's next months house payment. More
