Purchasing experience was GREAT! HIGHLY Recommend however my check engine light came on 5 days before my 30 day warranty was up and I called the mechanic they gave me who takes their HIGHLY Recommend however my check engine light came on 5 days before my 30 day warranty was up and I called the mechanic they gave me who takes their warranty and they can't get me in until after my warranty expires. Called their customer relations and they want me to pay for the diagnostic and see exactly what it is and then they will decide if they will cover it. Seems to me like they only want to cover it if it's a small, cheap fix. So now I have a car with a faulty injection code and my plates are due and can't afford both. The extended warranty was very expensive and I feel like the car shouldn't be breaking down less than 30 days after purchase. So while purchasing experience was great, I do not recommend them because once you're out the door they are less than helpful. No one wants to deal with us and it's terrible customer service. More
