I took the vehicle for a routine oil change and was advised that the vehicle had a major oil leak. The warranty of course won’t cover it and Drive time is doing nothing to help. I work from home so I barely drive the vehicle. The technician they sent out provided pictures of the leak and confirmed there is no way they shouldn’t have fixed it prior to selling me the vehicle but here we are. I have spoken to several people in their customer service only to be told that no matter who I speak to they will tell me the same thing. At this point I just want to warn everyone, DO NOT purchase from them. I will make a review on every page I can find if that gets the word out. More
