I wanted to write a good review, but the staff has no care in the world for my situation and wanting me to come in and spend hours trying to get a car. If I spoke to a manager yesterday, you are one rude man. I didn't get a call back today from anyone to say they're sorry or what can we do to make things better shows me one thing LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! !and I haven't gotten a call back today, which shows me that being a loyal customer means nothing to anyone there. Jarrod was incredibly informative throught the entire signing process. We got a thorough explanation of all the terms within each contract, policy, it felt more like a conversation rather than being sold signing process.
