Worst auto shop I bought a chevy cruze a couple years back. I love the car salesman. But the service center is the worst experience i will ever have. My abs light is on and i have a reader so i know what the code is. I went there to see how much it would be to fix it and the guy that i always have to talk to didnt give me any information. He just gave me an excuse and sent me on my way. So i decided to to to another auto shop. And i told them the code, he looked up the code for me and told me how much it would be. I will never go to deteau service shop ever again. The guy i worked with answers the phone and is bald. If you have to talk with him. Dont. Talk to someone else. More

I have had a few service experiences with Duteau. They twice performed warranty service work on my 2000 Silverado that I couldn't get the dealer I bought the pickup from (Husker Auto on the other side of twice performed warranty service work on my 2000 Silverado that I couldn't get the dealer I bought the pickup from (Husker Auto on the other side of town) to do. Not only that, but I was driving a new Cadillac Escalade to and from a function when one of our helpers locked the keys in the vehicle. Since the vehicle was new, the OnStar hadn't been activated yet. I contacted the Cadiallac dealer (Husker) to see if they could make a key. They flat out refused to help since it wasn't their vehicle. We tried Duteau, even though they aren't a Cadillac dealer. They promptly made a key for me in the amount of time it took for me to drive across town to get there, and didn't even want to charge me for the key. They truly went above and beyond what I expected anyone to do. More
