Our salesman James was extremely professional and courteous. There's always some apprehension when buying a new car, but James worked hard to make sure that we were comfortable with our purchase as well as expedited the process so we didn't have to spend all day at the dealer. He gave us great insight into what the differences were between each trim level of the vehicles that we were interested in. I'd highly recommend seeing him for your new car purchases!

Paul Alfonsi sold us our Prius. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was shopping with my wife and 20-something daughter. He paid as much attention to their questions and opinions as mine. My wife remarked that this was the first time she actually liked being at a car dealership. LIke the Prius too... in for first service soon...

James Curtis sold my family a Rav4. He was extremely friendly and helpful (as well as everyone else we worked with while we were there). We ended up with the price that was right for us as well as the perfect car. There was not one moment where these dealers were inflating prices or trying to pursue us to accept an unfair or over-priced deal. Everything went very smoothly and quickly and it was clear that they had our best interest in mind. I would very highly recommend purchasing a car from James Curtis and from Dunning Toyota.

I had a great experience at Dunning. I was just browsing and was greeted and helped by Zach Dunning. He is friendly and realistic. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, nor did I feel like I was getting a spiel that was given several times per day. I am a single Mother and had my daughter with me and the staff helped me get some toys for her and one of them even held her while I was talking with Matt. They made me an offer that I couldn't refuse and I surprisingly left with a new car that same day. I look forward to sending business to Dunning in the future and am impressed with their helpfulness and sincerity.

The Dunning Toyota experience was exceptional for me this week during the whole process. Geri communicated very effectively through initial contact via email & phone. Once onsite, she did an outstanding job thoroughly reviewing the Sienna we were considering to purchase. She even took time to FaceTime with my wife via iPad to review the details of the car with her!
Upon moving forward, Mark did an excellent job through the entire financing process and was very willing to accommodate are specific needs to close.
I will strongly recommend Dunning Toyota and hope to work with them again in the future sometime. And I don't even live in the Ann Arbor area!

I would highly recommend buying a car from Dunning Toyota! Their sales staff (Geri Uihlein in particular) was extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and competent without acting like pushy salesmen. The certified used Yaris I bought was in great condition and they offered me a fair deal for my trade-in. I drove away with literally zero complaints to make about my experience.

I am a long time customer of Dunning Toyota. Corrola in 95, first Camry in 2003, then 2007 Camry leased from Geri then bought car out of lease in 2010. I am a huge fan of Toyota and Geri has done a wonderful job as our sales consultant. She is totally knowledgable about her product. She works very hard to get the best deals possible. Excellent choice for anyone looking for a good salesperson.

Yes, I did decide this time on the 2013 Subaru Legacy instead of the Camry. Thought of course I was going to get another Camry, until my husband decided he wanted All Wheel Drive vehicle. No regrets, but know with the Dunning Family service we will have great service as we have had with the Camry and corolla.

Dunning is great and Geri really took care of me. She found me the right vehicle with exactly the options I wanted and has been great after the sale. The service team is awesome, too. (Not that I need them for anything other than oil changes and regular maintenance....my Toyota runs great!). I highly recommend Dunning. Ask for Geri!
