Terrible customer service by service advisor. Service advisor was ill informed regarding what was being performed on vehicle and the functions of each component. Fuel gauge was replaced by Dutton. Two advisor was ill informed regarding what was being performed on vehicle and the functions of each component. Fuel gauge was replaced by Dutton. Two and a half months later fuel gauge needed to be replaced again.The mechanics didn't fix the problem the first time which caused a secondary problem with the fuel pump. Cashier tried to overcharge at check out. And to top things off my vehicle was returned to me with the gas light on. The tank was brought in for service with gas and returned on empty.If you take your car to Dutton to be repaired you may end up with more problems down the road. And if appreciate great customer service then this is not the place to go!!! More
