They explained what they were going to do, then sent me, thru my phone; a video of the doing it. Also if the felt I needed to do some maintenance they showed me the problem...which was moot because I am n thru my phone; a video of the doing it. Just the costs were more than I believe I could have gotten from a garage. I don't want the hassle of looking for one though. I did get it done.
