My Review Of Dyer Subaru:

Sid did a great job of making the entire buying experience easy, informative, and fast. We drove from St. Cloud and had let the dealership know in advance our expectations. Our intention was to purchase the Suburu Forrester but after driving the model we decided to look at the Outback. Sid made sure we understood all of the features of both models and since he also owned the Outback model he could relate from an owners perspective.
The sale closing and vehicle delivery both went without issue and we were on our way home in a very short time. A pleasure to do business here.

My Review Of Dyer Subaru:

I had a truly pleasant purchase experience at Dyer Subaru. I met with Pete Gentner and Sherri Lane on a Saturday to test drive a new Forester. I was impressed with its handling and features, which Sherri was very familiar with and pointed them out during the ride. While Dyer did not have a vehicle with the trim level I wanted in stock, they were soon able to locate one nearby. We were quickly able to make a deal and the car was ready a few days later. The actual purchase went very smoothly. Pete took the time to explain the audio, nav, and safety options and made sure I was familiar with them before leaving the dealership. He also followed up a couple of times after the sale to make sure everything was going smoothly and researched a couple of questions I had. I would highly recommend Pete or Sherri at Dyer if you are in the market for a new Subaru or Mazda.

First Class , Five Star, Top Notch, Exceptonal, Courteous. Barbara Whitten, Tina Klein , Chad Bierle and all involved in my purchase were professional Courteous with great product knowledge. This might be the best buying experience one could have. Every interaction with every employee involved will leave you amazed. My Review Of Dyer Subaru:

We discovered the car we ultimately purchased (2008 Subaru Forester) on Dyer's well composed web-site. Our e-mail inquiry was promptly answered by Cariann Ciarlelli who provided directions to the dealership and other pertinent information.

Cariann met us upon arrival and introduced Sid Tomey (uncertain of spelling)who showed the car, accompanied us on a test drive, answered our questions, arranged for an appraisal of our trade-in, and in less than one hour provided a written offer. We countered with our offer to which Sid obtained quick approval. He then facilitated the repair of a minor problem discovered during the test-drive at no cost to us.

Next we met with Joe Sanchez who completed all the necessary documents with efficiency and friendliness.

Three hours after arriving we had completed the trade of our old car and purchase of the new one - including all tag, title, and registration transferes. Sid even assisted us in tranferring our insurance coverage. In summary, the most pleasant car trading / buying experience we have ever had.

My Review Of Dyer Subaru:

This was by far the most positive car buying experience I have had. Sid (the salesman)listened to what I was looking for, did not try to talk me in to anything, made valid suggestions, had me test drive 5 different models (Chevys, Mazdas and Suburus) then stepped back and let me decide. What a joy not to be pressured and more importantly - to me - to be treated with respect and as an intelligent and informed consumer. As a single woman buying a car this was most welcome and in fact was a big factor in chosing this particular dealership (I had visited with several others). When the deal was done Joe (in finance) walked me through every step, didn't rush me and answered all my questions - with respect. If you are looking to purchase a car I would HIGHLY RECCOMMEND this dealership. They have created a loyal customer in me!!!

My Review Of Dyer Subaru:

The dealership is good, I just to let people know that if your thinking about buying a WRX Impreza putting the car into revers is hard to do at times. I have talked with Subaru directly and i got no help from them. I joined a forum for WRX/STI and other people have the same problem and i'll just have to live with it, same thing Subaru told me.

I have also read a review from a car magazine (Automobile/car and driver) and the sentence says The WRX wears it's flaws quite openly. Its five speed shifter is economy-car sloppy to the point that it's hard to engage reverse, then (I've experienced this on several models)

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. As you may already know, the way a manual transmission shifts into gear varies on different vehicle models. Reverse is commonly the most difficult gear to shift to and is often engineered that way as a safety precaution. However, if you feel that your WRX is not functioning properly, please bring it to our service department so that our Subaru Certified technicians can check it out. I have owned many cars withe a manual transmission, and this car by far is the worst I have ever owned. I never owned a car where you have to put it in a forward gear than try reverse to see if it will go in. READ THE FORUMS ABOUT GETTING THIS CAR INTO REVERSE, I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. I have brought the car into your dealership twice and got no help, and if you read my review I also talked with Subaru directly, and nothing.

All I have to say everyone that's thinking about buying a WRX BEWARE THAT THE CAR IS HARD TO GET INTO REVERSE. JUST READ THE FORUMS ABOUT THIS TRANSMISSION.

I have been buying cars for many years as I am 76 years old. I have never had a more pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle as I have at Dyer Auto. My sales lady Sherri Lane was a pleasure to work with. I got a good price for my trade in. I totally recommend this lady if you are in the area to purchase a Mazda or Subaru.

My Review Of Dyer Subaru:

Several months ago I decided to purchase a new car that would get good gas mileage -- something small, but not too small and I did not want a hybrid. I had been driving a Magnum Station Wagon for a number of years and it was a gas gussler. I knew several people who drove Subaru's and just love them. I bought a Consumer Report 2013 Auto Guide and found that the Subaru had high ratings. It did not take me long to decide that I wanted the Impreza Sports Limited. I contacted the Subaru dealer in Tallahasse, Fl. so that I could drive the Imprezaa and ask questions. I liked the drive of the Impreza and decided that I would purchase one, but I wanted one in black or white with leather seats and moonroof, neither of which they had. I waited several more weeks and they could not find one with my specifications. I was told by the Subaru dealer that there might be a black Impreza with leather interior in Vero Beach....so I emailed them and Pete G. got back in touch with me and said that they had a black Sports Limited with leather seats. Pete was very convincing and not in a pushy way. Pete had a very nice manner about him and I felt confident that a deal with him and Dyer would work out. A few days later the Subaru dealer in Tallahassee contacted me and said they were getting a white one in in January, but they could not give me a date nor a price. So, Pete called again and said that he could give me a good deal and I took him up on it. From that point on, all I had to do was to figure out how I was going to pick my new car up. The rest is history. Everyone that I came in contact with at Dyer was cordial and very helpful particularly when the bluetooth was being activited. Thank you. Suzanne Vereen
