The dealership gets a five start because they are professional, courteous and very good at what they do. Especially Indiana! We brought our newly purchased vehicle for it's 1st oild change and tire rotation last week. When the car was finished we went on our way and we're happy with the quality work. However when we got home my husband opened the armrest to put something away and discovered that a small amount of money was missing. We had a single bill and a tray of quarters al neatly lined up. We'll half the quarters and the single bill was gone. Called the service dept and was told no one steals from their service dept. Then the service manager called my husband and vehemently defended her service dept. We do t care about the couple to a few dollars at all. But make sure you know what is is your car before you leave it! More
Been using them for service since buying the Subaru Legacy in Jan 18. Work is done to my satisfaction; never had any issues! Will be nice to see the new showroom / slash finished. Wonderful experience, taking my car in for a routine service. From the time, a greeter opened my car door and escorted me into the reception area where Miss Madison answered all of my questions, and tol service. From the time, a greeter opened my car door and escorted me into the reception area where Miss Madison answered all of my questions, and told me what to expect, to the video that was sent to my phone on the multiple point inspection and the outcome. I had a battery problem which they solved and gave me a new battery. Dyer, Subaru, service department and sales department are at the top of my list! Job well done Tatiana and Will Dyer. More

Had a maintenance check done on my Forrester , oil change and tire rotation, They were very professional and didn't try to get me to do different things to my car that wasn't needed.
