I will no longer trust Google Reviews or CarGurus Reviews; CarGurus is where I found this company and they have high ratings on both services. They also stated that 60 percent of their business came from online sales. This does not reflect the quality of service they provide. I’m one person, A disabled Military Veteran and If this is how they treat me, this is how they will treat you. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your used car dealership. After purchasing a vehicle from your company, I encountered several issues that were not disclosed prior to the sale, including mechanical problems and unexpected immediate maintenance needs. Despite reaching out for assistance, I did not receive proper support with these concerns. I urge your company to address these matters promptly and to improve transparency and customer service for future clients. Started talking to Adam from EZ Auto Sales Corp. Stafford VA 22554 on 12/3/2025. I was informed that the vehicle is in good shape for its age and is a one-owner vehicle that they bought from the original owner. They sent pictures and a couple of videos and CARFAX. Everything appeared to be good and answered all questions with all the right answers. The date of online purchase and delivery was 12/09/2025.Transportation services delivered the vehicle, and it took approximately 5 hours from door to door. The driver had to roll vehicle off the trailer due to dead batteries. Batteries were tested and are badly damaged and need replacement. We jumped the vehicle; Now there is a coolant leak at the radiator and the back of the engine. I also notice a whine coming from under the hood of the vehicle with the vehicle off and key removed. I discovered that the turbo VGT actuator is staying on and engaged. Started texting Adam. I had a brief voice call with him, and he stated he was going to contact his manager and call back. This never happened. Adam called 7:45am the next morning. The vehicle has major-under carriage rust and minor interior damage. So much rust that the passenger side front spring perch cold rivets have been replaced with bolts. Fuel tank straps are so rusted that I’m afraid the fuel tank will fall out so they will need to be replaced. This rust must be treated. The vehicle was never detailed and spraying entire interior with armor-all without even wiping is not detailing and whatever oily substance that was sprayed on the exterior is not a wash or wax. The vehicle has a current inspection sticker from 8/25, they never inspected the vehicle as stated.10 AM on 12/10; I wanted a full refund! The truck could have easily gone back with the transporter. They stated NO you purchased AS-IS! OK but you did not disclose any problems and stated the vehicle was good to go and all these problems were at the time of delivery. The manager Mehdi Yassawy did not even care about the issues and countered with a 13.4% refund to make the repairs. I countered with a 31% Refund. He stated, NO, I can’t do it because you purchased below market value. Settled with a 16.7% Refund. EZ Auto Sales Corp. Stafford VA 22554 make’s you sign a release of liability before they issue the refund. No sign, No Refund (Coercion Tactic). What is market value because you can’t compare this to anything in the market. I took vehicle on a 20-mile test drive and the front brakes locked up both sides What’s next??? Cost of repair parts: Radiator $690, VGT Turbocharger Actuator $700, 2 Batteries $620.00, Front Brakes $770.00 (Calipers, Rotors, and Pads), Fuel tank straps $150.00, DPF Filter $2800.00. Parts total $5730.00 with no labor which is more than the refund amount. And to top it all off they charge a $2000.00 dollar processing fee and don't even title it. You Have to! More
Where to start, I bought a 2012 silver Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The interior of the vehicle is in great shape. First thing I noticed was the transmission dip stick was missing. it looked like it had been gone a while so I told my Salesman (Alex) that I was concerned about it. he offered to have it checked out by their mechanic and replace the dip stick. Also offered a dealers warranty on the engine and transmission for one year. ( I think I was going to get that anyway) Once I drove the SUV I noticed a vibration while going down the road. I pointed this out to the salesman and he noticed it as well. I told him that I wanted to take the vehicle to my mechanic so that he can check out it at which time the sales man offered to reimburse me the cost or pay the mechanic directly as long as it wasn't inflated Dealership pricing for service. Longer story short My mechanic found that the tires needed to be replace to fix the vibration and the power steering fluid need to be flushed and replaced. I sent the invoice back to Mega Auto sales. I have not been able to get the sales man nor his manager to return any of my phone calls to discuss the reimbursement as agreed. I would not under any circumstance recommend anyone to do business with these people. it has been over two weeks since I sent them the invoice and I doubt I will ever see the money but I think I will keep them tied up in a law suit for the next few years. I may loose but it will cost them more than the $1200 to beat me. More

I recently purchased a used car. Over all experience was outstanding. Helped me get finiance with my credit history. Went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted. I recently purchased a car from the owner Mike Mirzada, the owner of Mega Auto Center. I purchased an M Class 320. The window switch was broken and I was promised that it would be fixed before I picked t the owner of Mega Auto Center. I purchased an M Class 320. After promising me that he would fix it, he had then called me and asked me if I could help him pay for the repairs. After I told him no that it should have been fixed before he sold it to me, he tried to claim I must have broken it. Needless to say he did not fix my window. I still have paper tags on my car. Then I found out the he over charged me on the price of the car. A $7500 car with $3000 down became a $15,000 financing. He is a liar and not a man of his word. I feel he took advantage of a situation to make a profit! I had a horrible experience and I would NEVER recommend dealing with him! More
