Where do I begin, I bought a camper and when I tried getting it, the electronics were messed up so they had to give us a different one. Then we get that home after 10 days of starting the process and it getting it, the electronics were messed up so they had to give us a different one. Then we get that home after 10 days of starting the process and it was leaking ALOT of water. So we had to get ANOTHER one! Finally after I think 13 days we get our camper home amd the shade is broken. Our dealer (Jake) was probably the worst dealer ive ever dealt with! His knowledge of the camper was BARE MINIMAL, and I dont say that lightly. The process of doing this is supposed to be an exciting one and it was completely ruined in every aspect of the ordeal. Also we were told by him and his manager (john) to rate them higher than 5 otherwise they'd lose compensation for 6 months! How unethical is that! Not only will I never buy anything from them again but I will not give good praise to anyone who asks. This experience, no this catastrophe in my eyes and my wife's was no more than a 1.5 out of 10!!! The only reason I gave more than a zero is because the body shop guys who fixed it were excellent. Train your guys so they know the product they're selling! If I was salesman id know every inch of every product I sell! Also the camper that was leaking, I seen them put right back on the lot for sale the very day we brought it back! Never again! More

The buying experience was good, we bought a new Forest River pull behind camper. It was raining when I picked it up so I did do the normal walk around. After finishing up some paperwork and paying for the River pull behind camper. It was raining when I picked it up so I did do the normal walk around. After finishing up some paperwork and paying for the extended warranty I drove 60 miles home. When I got home my wife and I were enjoying going through the camper and figuring everything out. I found the power awning button and pushed it, and that's when my buying experience went south. I found a 1" cut in the awning, so I called my dealer rep and told him he said no problem send me some pictures, so I did. I did hear anything back for a week not even a response to the pictures I sent. So I texted my rep to ask what was going on. I was told someone would be getting in touch with me shortly. Nothing for another week. Texted again. Some rep texted me back saying my original rep did put a claim in but he never requested any information on the awning. Final 3 weeks later I sent a text saying if a didn't have any action by the next day I was going to call Forest River directly. That got some action as they did ask for a model and serial number for the awning. I sent the pictures and a message say I was getting ready to put it in storage for the winter with no response from Eagle country at all. I'm done and going straight to forest river now. Good look to all future endeavors at Eagle Country RV. More
