The truck was purchased from the dealership in 2018. In 2021 they put the puck system in my truck for a reasonable price. So when I ordered my leer topper from them, they installed it and scratched up the corner of the box and the topper door was all scratched up. I told them to checkout the wiring problem. They charged me $170 dollars to diagnose the problem when it was possibly something they caused. Not good! They said it would cost $ 800 dollars to fix it. Not happening there. I will have someone else look at it. Josh Wergin seem to be good guy. Couple little things like that, pisses a guy off and won’t go back and gives bad review. More

I have been doing business with ER ford for over 20 years. My recent service with them was a shock. The actual service work performed was excellent. However they increased the cost of my oil change by years. My recent service with them was a shock. The actual service work performed was excellent. Also they did not top off my window washer tank. .Not sure what's going on.......... . More

I was overall pleased. I was able to do almost everything via text. They got it all hooked up for me at the dealership. The problem that I’m having is that there was a prob I was able to do almost everything via text. They got it all hooked up for me at the dealership. The problem that I’m having is that there was a problem with the water heater line, this was discovered before I brought it home, which is good. We opted to still pick it up and use it, and were instructed to drop it off on Sunday, and were told it would be fixed by Thursday or Friday. So we planned another camping weekend for that weekend. I messaged several days to get an estimated time it would be fixed. I got no response to my messages. I then had to call the service center, who told me the part isn’t even in yet. We live about 2 hours away, so this was a large inconvenience. So it is still not fixed, and I have no estimated time it will be fixed. The part that frustrates me is the lack of communication, and being told a date it would be ready, and the part isn’t even available yet. More
