Price was good for a new travel trailer, but the extra charge for a welcome package was 4x the cost to purchase what was included and was of poor quality. We loved our experience of buying a vehicle from Eagle River Ford. We drove 4 hours to get the vehicle and we'd do it again. My only wish is that this dealership was closer. The truck was purchased from the dealership in 2018. In 2021 they put the puck system in my truck for a reasonable price. After it was installed, if u would plug a trailer in the lights would come on ev In 2021 they put the puck system in my truck for a reasonable price. After it was installed, if u would plug a trailer in the lights would come on even if the truck was off. Not supposed too. So when I ordered my leer topper from them, they installed it and scratched up the corner of the box and the topper door was all scratched up. I told them to checkout the wiring problem. They charged me $170 dollars to diagnose the problem when it was possibly something they caused. Not good! They said it would cost $ 800 dollars to fix it. Not happening there. I will have someone else look at it. Josh Wergin seem to be good guy. Couple little things like that, pisses a guy off and won’t go back and gives bad review. More
