Why Chrysler has taken a beating is beyod me, we leased a Town and Country Touring minivan in July 08, and I tell you we could not be more impressed with the vehicle!

The dealership is also stellar, our expereince with sales and service will re-invent what car salesman are all about.

Truly it has been an amazing experience.

I had to bring my car in for service recently. I was met by a very friendly face and helpful service man.He was very knowledgeable and thorough.He explained everything that would be done from beginning to end, just like a good doctor! I understood exactly because of his detailed explanations nd his care that I understood. He had me wait in a room that was clean, very comfortable with snacks and delicious coffee. I must say, I was very happy with my visit at East Hills and would recommend them anytime. Thank you for a great job!

I live pretty far away from this dealership, so I was a little hesistant to make the trip to East Hills Jeep for a potential vehicle purchase. I'm glad I made the decision to make the trip. The staff was friendly and professional. Gary, in particular, was very accomodating and down-to-earth.
I would definitely recommend this dealership.

My Review of East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
I had a great experience with my first service. I went in for my first oil change and was greeted quickly. I was given the choice of a loaner car, but decided to wait in the service area instead. The wait was not very long and the service area was clean and had many comforts of home. I was able to use my laptop there and also enjoyed coffee and snacks. Greg is always well educated in answering any questions I have and eager to assist me. I would recommend East Hills to any one for service or a purchase of a new or used vehicle. Great job.

My Review of East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
I had a very positive experience this time around as I did that last lease. I came back to Steve because I knew he would take good care of me. When I got my T&C I had a mechanical problem after the 2nd day. Of course I was quite upset about this because the car was not driveable but Steve made the experience which could have been awful quite bearable.
Steve is always reachable. If I need to speak to him I can or he gets back to me right away. Any little problems that I've had he has taken care of quick and efficiently.
I would definitely refer East Hills and specifically Steve DeSetto to my friends and family.

I dread any visit for car service and compare it to a dental visit, but , I must say, the people really make the difference!!! I found that the service at East Hills Chysler was so professional and the service advisor man that helped me was so nice and went above and beyond the call of duty. He made my visit very comfortable, and I was very impressed with the immaculate waiting area and snacks were great too! I totally would not mind the next visit, for service is definietly #1 for his company-more people should service customers and they would maybe have more business. Thank you East Hills! Top notch staff! I give you an A!

Roger was awesome! I used to hate car dealers because of previous bad experiences purchasing cars. But Roger made me realize not all salesmen are the same. Throughout the entire process I was waiting for the moment to just walk out if I noticed anything shady. I was shocked when I finally got the keys and did not feel like sueing the place for mental anguish. I'm very hard to please when it comes to customer service but I have to say East Hills exceeded my expectations. I am a pleased customer. I think the price was fair and and the service was excellent. My Review of East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
Very knowledgable staff and a pleasure to deal with. I would use them again in the future. I bought a car at their lot and I had a great experience. This, it appears, is the only dealer within miles that will give you a lonaer car when you have your car in their shop for repairs which is a huge bonus for me since I canot sit in a waiting room for a length of time due to business restraints. Well done.
