Ryan went above and beyond. He made it the best purchasing experience I have personally had. Everyone here is super friendly and are truly car enthusiasts, they were just as excited as myself when purchasing experience I have personally had. Everyone here is super friendly and are truly car enthusiasts, they were just as excited as myself when I purchased. I live in N.J so it’s quite a hike and I hate the NY traffic. It’s worth all that just to purchase from East Hills Jeep. They did what they could on all accounts and made it real simple and no extra b/s and games that I have experienced with other dealerships. I hate to write reviews but Ryan and everyone at East Hills Jeep deserves some props!! More

The beginning and end of our transactionS was as smooth as it could get. Gave me wrong VIN number on quote At the end of the day this was the experience: 1. They did not honor the initial agreement price of the Jeep. 2. Gave me wrong VIN number on quote. 3. No communication to me for a whole day after signing initial Lease agreement. 4.Odometer reading was 20 miles when the initial request was for 0 miles or 3 minimum, also confirmed on email. (They try to tell me I will never get a 0 Mile lease anywhere) Well when I leased with other dealers, I was given cars straight off the transporting trucks with 0-3 miles on the car. 5.No welcome book or owners manual was provided to me with this car. 6 The communication between the Sales Manager, Salesman , Finance and Steve were all contradicting each other.
