Despite not having a prior appointment, I was promptly assisted by service advisor Oakly, who was professional and light came on in my 2020 Forester. The issue was traced to the TCV, a recalled part from Subaru. Eastside Subaru handled the repair at no cost and managed the recall directly, saving me the effort of contacting Subaru myself.
