We contacted Easy Honda about a vehicle advertised online at $13,998 and asked in writing for an itemized out-the-door quote with no add-ons. When we came in, the buyer’s order added “optional dealer inst at $13,998 and asked in writing for an itemized out-the-door quote with no add-ons. When we came in, the buyer’s order added “optional dealer installed” items that were not optional: $3,295 reconditioning, $799 LoJack, and $2,999 Pro Pack (total $7,093). That raised the selling price to $21,091 and the out-the-door total to $22,808.36. We asked them to remove the add-ons or offset them with an equal price reduction. They refused, so we walked out. I’m also submitting formal complaints to the appropriate consumer protection agencies and to Capital One Auto Navigator. More

The company never notified the lender that the vehicle was not delivered so it was showing on the credit report. The dealership is also being delayed with returning the deposit. It has been 25 days and no deposit nor updates to the lender have been provided. This is poor customer services. More
Tried to help my sister and neice not get taken advantage of by a dealership while I was in another state. They test drove various cars, decided what they liked told me and I went searching. Identified the of by a dealership while I was in another state. They test drove various cars, decided what they liked told me and I went searching. Identified the car we wanted on Honda's CPO site. It was a 2025 CR-V Hybrid in Blue, Sport-L, HondaTrue Certified with 1070 miles.Perfect. I confirmed it on the easyhonda website. Made the call. Called and spoke to Schelsy. Worked out a price, sent it off to my sister and niece. They went and got the financing. Everything looked good...until they showed up on Monday. Strike 1 She gets there and they said that Schelsy no longer worked there. Strike 2 Then they try to renegotiate the HondaTrue certification and charge my sister a "certification fee" of $2000 more than the LISTED PRICE. She called me, I told her on speaker phone in front of them to walk out. They are messing with you and trying to lie, walk out. So she did....they tried to say they would do it at cost for $900. I told her to tell them they are lying and trying to bait and switch the advertised price. Walk out. Then they said...Schelsy did the paperwork wrong and that they were "willing" to forego the costs of the HondaTrue certification (as advertised on their site AND Honda's Certified pre-owned site. My sister ran off to get the check from NavyFederal and came back with what they had agreed to before Strike 3. Strike 3 After messing with my sister they "assesed" her trade in on a 2017 Mercedes Benz. They offered her ~$8400 and a net of about $4400 after paying the note off. Well, they lied again. They wrote the paperwork as an offer of about $4400 total and sent her off to F&I. The Finance guy went to try and get it corrected because it seemed like an oversight based on what they told my sister. The sales person, Mike Romain had told her the net was ~$4400 after the trade and payoff. Then tried to say, he didn't know and quietly tried to say something along the lines of, how about you just buy this from us and go sell your Mercedes seperately? When challenged with explaining their attempts to mislead again, he just kept focusing on closing the sale, not the agreed upon terms of it. My sister demanded her check back and walked out. The horrible people responsible for these blatant attempts to MISLEAD my sister wasted more than 5 hours of her and my nieces time. Shame on them. They made every attempt to lie to my sister and get her to pay more. I am sending a detailed report to Honda Corporate about their attempts to misrepresent the advertised price of a HondaTrue Certified vehicle and force customers into something other than advertised and represented. SHAME ON YOU, EASY HONDA of Houston, Texas. Your tactics and behavior represent the very worst of your industry. Not at all very Texan of you, either. More

I visited Easy Honda after seeing a certified pre-owned Pilot listed on HondaCertified’s website. I was ready to buy if everything checked out. As soon as I arrived, I was put off by a group of salesmen loitering by the entrance—it felt like I was about to be swarmed the moment I stepped out of my car. Still, I wanted to check out the Pilot, so I got out and spoke with a salesman named Jeremiah. I told him what I was there for, and he informed me I had parked on the new car side and that the used inventory was across the lot, separated by a U-Haul building. He offered to call and confirm the car was there. After a quick check, he told me it was in stock. Excited, I said we’d just walk over and asked him to meet us there. He agreed. But instead of heading that way, Jeremiah walked off in the opposite direction. Odd, but we proceeded to the other lot anyway. Another salesman eventually approached us, and when I gave him the stock number, surprise: the vehicle wasn't there. I can only assume Jeremiah misled us just to get us to the used lot. We looked at a few other options but left soon after—none matched what I came for. As we walked back through the new car lot, I saw Jeremiah spot us… then immediately duck around a corner. It seemed like he was avoiding us entirely. Huge waste of time. Zero stars. We ended up heading to Russell & Smith Honda, where I was treated with respect and actually bought a brand-new 2025 Pilot Black Edition. The experience there was like night and day. More
I purchased a new HRV from here and decided since the salesperson was so quick and pleasant, I’d buy another car for my daughter’s first vehicle. I picked one online and they got it done. When I got the salesperson was so quick and pleasant, I’d buy another car for my daughter’s first vehicle. I picked one online and they got it done. When I got the car, it had a peculiar smell… but it is used. Then, I had a blow out on the way home. The salesperson said they would take care of the tire. Then asked what I ran over?! Then ghosted. THEN, it rained. The entire floor board is flooded and the SMELL! I reached out to the salesperson again, with no response. I received no discount or anything special for the second car, so definitely not incentivized- just “thought” it was good service. The first car, finance person was kind, and pleasant. Second, Amanda was short and rude, not firm and professional, just grossly rude. I went on because she was not the person taking “care” of me. There was NO notice of this problem and no acknowledgement. Shameful. I was so excited- my daughter was too. I thought this was great, it definitely wasn’t a deal but I’d rather deal with someone trustworthy- turns out I was wrong. This behavior is 100% shady used car sales. Shameful!!! I’ve vacuumed and vacuumed and cannot get all the water out. Horrible. Way to ruin a first car experience for my kiddo and mine for being able to provide it. The tears have been heart breaking and it is now a financial burden on a single mother. SHAMEFUL! I asked why there wasn’t a floor mat and was told the car doesn’t come with them. Now, I can imagine why the floor mat is gone. More

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I have been getting the run around for a whole month. I was told that I could get approved for a 2025 Honda civic. I didnt have my down payment handy I have been getting the run around for a whole month. I was told that I could get approved for a 2025 Honda civic. I didnt have my down payment handy upfront SO THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD HOLD THE CAR FOR ME until Friday. Dustin the finance manger told me he got me approved, for the band new car. I get to the dealership on that Friday, should’ve already known it was going to be an inssue when they said they messed up my social security number on the application, I give them the correction and the salesman was supposed to pull up the car for a test drive, I wait a whole hour JUST TOLD BE TOLD THAT THE CAR THE HELD FOR ME HAS BEEN SOLD. Mind you I’m still on the job but my manger was nice enough to let me leave to go “pick up this new car” because I was told all I had to do was bring in my down payment and sign the paper work! I sat there for an hour, thinking I was going to test drive and sign my paperwork. While sitting there I get an email that they pulled my credit AGAIN, ANOTHER HARD INQUIRY ON MY CREDIT, So I login and there’s not one, not two, not three, but 6 HARD PULLS ON MY CREDIT WITH MY SCORED BEING HIT WITH 20 whole points that I worked hard for. With that being said, since I was told I was approved for this 2025 Honda civic, i made plans accordingly to a Christmas trip I have upcoming. I was going to fly but I figured since I’d have a new car I could just drive so I needed up not paying for me ticket. The tickets are $1000 now! Even if I wanted to shop somewhere else I can’t because of my credit due to them! So I call Dustin, the finance manager, literally in tears and he already sounds like he doesn’t want to deal with me, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE for an upset customer, the first thing he said was “I told you I THINK I got you approved I never told you I actually did ” but u had me come up here on my day of work, just to run my credit TWO more times. Extremely unprofessional and I am completely unhappy, my Christmas and credit is ruined and I’m not even in a car! More
DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS! They will lie and cheat to sell you a car. I went in for a 2012 Hyundai Sonata that was on their website. They went on and on about their rigorou They will lie and cheat to sell you a car. I went in for a 2012 Hyundai Sonata that was on their website. They went on and on about their rigorous inspection before admitting they couldn't show the car because the battery was dead and the hood latch was broken. Hoooowwwww, did you do the inspection just 11 days ago? I know when it was done because the Carfax said they did the routine maintenance on 5/3/24, so obviously they lied on that as well. Upon further inspection, the brakes were covered in rust and the driver door wouldn't close. They then tried to show me another car that was $3000 more. Obviously, the 2012 was a bait car to get you in. I asked to see another car, 2012 Honda Civic, that was on the site, the salesperson leaves for 15 min, then comes back to say that car was going to auction because it isn't a good car. Why are both cars on your site? Why are inoperable cars on your site AFTER your rigorous inspection? Why, because they are bait and switch cars. After being made promises that they would fix the issues with the 2012 Hyundai; cracked dashboard, missing antenna, inoperable driver door, rusted brakes, dead battery, and broken hood latch, they kept trying to push the price of the car up by padding add -ons and fees. Keep in mind they were negotiating on a car that hasn't been test drove because it is INOPERABLE. The sales price of the car was $6491, but the original final drive-out price was almost $11,000. They were charging almost 3k for reconditioning fee. What reconditioning? I couldn't even test drive it, and they said they weren't fixing anything because its a "cash car". What is the extra money for then? They wanted ME to pay for the car to be repaired enough to test drive and leave the lot. Where is that expected? Mom and Pop shops do better than that. They wanted me to put down half the price of the car, no test drive, before they would repair the latch and replace battery at my cost just to see if the car would be operational. Final test to see if I was right about their bait tactics. I had my son call and inquire about the 2 "bait" cars, which 5 hours later were still on their site. The sales lady said both cars were available and ready for test drives and asked when he would be in. I went off on them as they tried to explain that technically the cars are "available". I plan to put reviews on every site to get the word out and file complaints with the BBB. This is highly unethical and gives car dealerships a bad reputation. More
