I came in just for an oil change & tire rotation, no big deal then I get a call from the Advisor Liz Fox! These clowns have no clue when it comes to service. Made an appointment I waited two weeks for and was told “quick fix. Just plug in and reprogram your TPMS sensors. Less than 30 minutes.” Showed up to Made an appointment I waited two weeks for and was told “quick fix. Just plug in and reprogram your TPMS sensors. Less than 30 minutes.” Showed up to a service person who didn’t even seem she knew what vehicles were. Then asked to leave it for the whole day. I said no I’ll wait. After about 10 minutes two “service managers” came out to tell me how complicated and in depth the fix would be and I’d need to reschedule. I schooled them with basic knowledge and left. Took it to MC Motorwerx down the road and they had the fix inside of 10 minutes. WILL NEVER GO BACK to Eau Claire Chrysler. More
