Jeremy walked me through everything answering every question with professionalism and courtesy. Talon worked behind the scenes to get my financing just right. No one is perfect and mistakes happen. What you do in response to those mistakes shows your character and integrity. EchoPark could have sent me away. They had no legal obligation to help me with the issues I encountered, but the fact that they CHOSE to do so speaks volumes. Horrible customer service. Extremely Long wait. They said they are short handed. Vehicle was covered under my insurance and proof was provided but they refused to release the Extremely Long wait.
