Their job isn’t just to sell cars—it’s to inform customers so they can make confident decisions. Instead, they let me leave the lot thinking I had features that simply weren’t there. The staff was friendly, but that doesn’t make up for a lack of transparency. When you’re spending this much money, you need more than just a smooth sales process—you need honesty and thorough communication. Unfortunately, five days after my purchase, I feel deceived and disappointed. EchoPark’s “hassle-free” model seems to prioritize speed over customer education, and that’s unacceptable. More
