I visited EchoPark about a month ago to get my car appraised. When I returned later and asked if the appraisal was still valid, they assured me it was. They told me that if I came back the next day wi appraised. When I returned later and asked if the appraisal was still valid, they assured me it was. They told me that if I came back the next day with the proper paperwork, they'd honor the original appraisal amount. Well, I came back the very next day—just like they told me to—and suddenly they claimed they couldn’t honor the appraisal anymore. They dropped the offer by $1,500 with no good explanation. Extremely shady business practices. If I wasn’t in a rush, I never would’ve sold my car to them. I highly recommend staying far away from this place. More
