Reiner was absolutely amazing! I was looking for a car for my daughter's surprise birthday gift and purchased from EchoPark for the first time. I was impressed with Tino Caballero and Jesse Garza's efforts. They teamed up to ensure birthday gift and purchased from EchoPark for the first time. I was impressed with Tino Caballero and Jesse Garza's efforts. They teamed up to ensure that I would be able to make it happen for our special occasion. The vehicle selection process online was easy and allowed me to see they had very competitive pricing vs almost all dealerships in the Austin-Houston and surrounding areas. I was contacted very quickly, and in an organized and courteous manner, scheduled to meet with Jesse Garza. Upfront, Jesse was courteous, helpful, and walked me through the whole car buying process at Echo Park. He constantly communicated where we were in the process, was very patient in answering all my questions, and checked on me repeatedly when waiting for answers to inquiries. Tino was not your typical "finance" guy. He was patient and responsive to my questions and worked diligently to lock in the best financing/warranty option. The customer service was good. The process was pretty quick. From test drive to getting the keys was about 2 hours...
