Stand alone, the worst experience and communication. Tried to purchase a vehicle - was promised it was ours - then on purchase day they called and said "oops, we sold it to someone else, sorry". Kept us on the hook with that vehicle for a week (while we passed up on other comparables because we had promise to buy theirs), then kept us on the hook for another week with promises to "make it right", but ultimately were completely unwilling to make any effort to match the deal we were originally promised. Management is a joke and customer service is non-existent. Buy somewhere else. If you look you can find a better deal elsewhere from someone who actually wants to support you as a customer; not just sell you a loan with a car attached to it. More

Quick and easy, My one complaint is I paid cash for tags, title and licence. I owed $2494 and I gave them $2500 and they could not give me my $6.00 back because they didn't have any cash. Sales person filled up my gas tank before purchase then I ended up choosing a different vehicle. When I asked about filling the gas tank for my newly chosen vehicle while signing all my paperwork he stated ended up choosing a different vehicle. When I asked about filling the gas tank for my newly chosen vehicle while signing all my paperwork he stated they only fill them to half a tank when sold. I was disappointed at the end of my transaction knowing I was not leaving the dealership with a full tank of gas for my newly purchased car. Even Pablo’s used car sales fills their customers gas tanks before they drive off the lot!!! More
