They state it's hassle free but the entire process was a headache. They tried to tell me that I had to get the warranty and gap lying to me that the bank required it. Then after it was all over I still got the car without either add on and was told I could come back for anything wrong within 1000 miles or 30 days and within a week my back tire was flat. I called them and they told me I had to drive out to another location which was 40min away to get it fixed. Mind you this tire was flat and I had no idea what was wrong with it. The sales person said it was so new tires. That was a total LIE!! I had to get both back tires replaced because they were worn and barely had life. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! More

From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted. The reception area is modern and clean and even has an entertainment area for kids! I didn't have to sign tons of paperwork and everything was thoroughly and clearly explained. Carlos Gonzalez was able to clear up a question I had once I left the dealership in a prompt and professional manner. I hadn't heard of EchoPark Automotive until I saw the listing on Car Gurus. I recommend this dealership as they really offer exceptional service. They deserve 6 stars! More
