I entered into a loan agreement with this dealership back in February. I was promised all the right thing about how they treat their customers. The entire process took several days. Had to deal with a lot that I will explain in detail later and all across all social media platforms. But I can’t right now until I look into legal options. What I can say is I recently hit a really rough time financially. I fell behind and became 11 days late today on my payment. I woke up today with my truck gone from my driveway. 11 short days late and they took immediate possession of my truck. This is also with them being made aware of my health conditions that are deemed borderline terminal. That I am disabled. They knew and saw proof of everything before approval. They now have someone who manages collections named Mike. I first tried to work this out with him. He wasn’t willing to hear one word of what has happened or about my intent to pay and keep moving forward with the loan. I then came to the dealership from my home over an hour drive. I spoke with Joe face to face. Only to get told the same and basically stared at as I explained the horrific situation I am in and how losing my truck will destroy any chance I have of recovering financially. I begged for just one chance to get things back on track. They basically ignored me as if my life doesn’t mean anything at all. The managers name is Joe melton. I spoke with other folks around the lot and they all said 11 days behind had never been grounds for repo. Yet here I am. Anyone thinking of going here to get a vehicle, please please look into every other option possible before you do this. God forbid the day come when you have a hardship. They will ruin your life with a smile on their face as they strip away your means of transportation. I suffer from heart failure, along with cancer, kidney disease and a list of spine and bone issues that are absolutely miserable. They knew this. They have no compassion for anyone. They have an incredible ability of saying all the right things and acting so caring and human when they are wanting to send you away with a new loan. But you find out who they are when it really counts. This isn’t the only time my story with them will be told. More

I sold my car here, I didn’t buy one. But they treated me with respect and dignity. Much better than most places I’ve been to in Indy or surrounding areas.
