I very pleased with the level of professionalism of the entire maintenance staff. They were all ery friendly through the entire processs from scheduling to vehicle dropoff to vehicle pickup and paying the cashier. They all were happy which is always nice to experience.. I recently purchased a certfied pre-owned vehicle from Ed Martin Toyota. Neal Graham was fantastic about putting together a very fair deal on value of my trade-in vehicle and the purchase price of the CPOV. No high pressure sales gimmicks. Very professional.
