Amazing customer service We came in 15 minutes before they closed just to see the Highlander model they had in display and we ended up buying one that same night. Even though they were about to close, they offered us to test drive the different models and to see the ones they had in stock. We did not need a test drive because we had already tested them a couple of months before. Darnell Lark asked us showed us their inventory and when they did not have the exact model and color we were looking for, Darnell and Markiss Stone did their magic and found us the exact one we were looking for at another dealer and they gave us a good price too. We had a really bad experience that same day at another dealer and Darnell and Markiss' attitude and customer oriented service was remarkable. Even though we had been already approved for a loan, Bryce Toll found us a better deal and Sam Smith took his time to explain the warranties and additional products and services they provided, as well as the documents we needed to sign.
