John and the crew at Ed Martin were willing to not only meet a competitor's price, but go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the buying experience. John handled my vehicle customization requests with professionalism, seeking out detailed answers to my questions, and providing me the info I needed to make informed decisions. Most notably, I appreciated the no-pressure approach to the purchase. My wife and I were treated as humans throughout the process - never coerced into committing to anything until we were comfortable with the price and vehicle we would receive in return. This last element is a rarity these days, and will keep me coming back for any future vehicles we may be seeking in the future. More
