However, I was fortunate enough to be working with Richard Houser who guided me through the process with a great deal of patience and understanding. For this I am very grateful. I would also like to thank Joe Pfotenhauer who delivered the car to me. He brought the paperwork which needed to be signed and answered all my questions. Absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve EVER experienced! Craig and Joe were professionals, and the best part was neither of them played the normal car dealership games. I purchased a used Cadillac from them and had an issue with the A/C a couple of months later. I did not purchase a Warranty and this was a very expensive repair.
