I was in communication with the internet sales manager Richard to negotiate the price of a used 2017 Chevorlet Silverado LTZ. We had agreed on the price, I came in the next day for the test drive, and ready to finalize the sale. The salesman and I signed all the paperwork, and was ready to go into finance department to take care of the final details. Long and behold, the sales manager Craig came out, and told us he cannot sell the car on the previously agreed price. He said he made a mistake, and the final price would be 5k more than what we agreed on the day before. He was very stern on this, and said the best he can do was to take 1k off. I told him I could have bought a 2018 Silverado LTZ new for that price with all the discount and rebate, instead of having any empathy to the situation, he said I should have bought it there if it was a good deal. Needless to say, I was beyond frustrated and upset about his attitude, wasted my time to be there, almost felt scammed to come in for false advertisement. There's no excuse if we worked out a deal the day before with the internet sales manager and have the deal pulled last minute, and asked me to pay 5k more. Totally unacceptable. More

Worst experience ever and scam artist Mike Murphy is a scam artist these people diagnosed my car for two whole days because I was having a lean code on day one and two Mike Murphy called m Mike Murphy is a scam artist these people diagnosed my car for two whole days because I was having a lean code on day one and two Mike Murphy called me asking what all have I changed on the vehicle they cnt find anything finally they called me back telling me that my injectors are bad which is a $1700 job them not knowing that I'm a technician at a dealership myself and bad fuel injectors dnt give you a lean code a code saying your car is running too rich but not too lean dam scam artist I also took it in 6 months ago for a recall for loss of power steering had my car for five hours to find out 6 months later they never did the recall and they never offered a rental or anything after having my car for two whole days basically told me to just deal with it then I had a coupon for 10% off and Mike Murphy had an attitude about that came back with the readjustment and was very sarcastic whn handing back the new adjustment this guys a real piece of trash More
