Horrible experience I recently visited the dealership to purchase a new vehicle. We agreed on a price and set date to return to finalize the deal on the next business day I recently visited the dealership to purchase a new vehicle. We agreed on a price and set date to return to finalize the deal on the next business day. After communicating with the salesman all day and looking forward to driving the car home, I was told that the car was sold after I had arrived to pick it up. This was a horribe experience for me. I felt mislead during the entire process especially after communicating with the salesman several times the day of the planned purchase and finding out later that they sold my car. They did apologize and I was provided some suggestions on other cars but did not feel like I could trust the dealer anymore. I hope others do not have this experience. More
