Via email, I negotiated through Sean (internet), who then made the appointment for me to meet with Jay. Jeff provided the details via email, saving me time. I went back to Ed Morse and Marc helped me find a replacement and stay within my budget. What was so amazing is that all the used cars I looked at were in such great condition, Just like my xxx. When I am in the market for another car I think I will look for a used car again but only from Marc and only from Ed Morse where they make sure you get a high quality car whether it is new or used. I was in the market to buy a new 2012 CTS-V in 2011. I contacted Mike in service to get a recommendation on which sales associate to talk to. Mike sent me to Dexter Manley and sure glad he did. All 3 individuals Neil, Dexter, and Mike hold the standard in what to expect from the "new" era of Cadillac. I highly recommend these individuals for the purchase or lease of a new Cadillac and to have your Cadillac serviced at Ed Morse with Mike as your service advisor. I currently have all three of my vehicles serviced at Ed Morse Brandon and when the time comes to trade in and purchase a new vehicle I will be calling Dexter and Neil to make that happen. We were long time customers and I had an issue with the call center not getting messages to the service department. We recently visited this dealership and met with Travis DeVall and the Sales Manager, Mr. Snelling. Both were very professional and courteous towards us. In the end, however, we just could not get together on an agreeable 'out the door' price. This is not meant to reflect negatively on this dealership. They did do ample follow up and tried to work out a deal. Even though we did not purchase a car, we would still have no hesitation in recommending this dealership. More
