I could have walked away that day and have every confidence that he would keep me in mind, check the incoming inventory and let me know if something came in. Fortunately at the end of our visit, he double checked the inventory and found a car in detailing that was very close to what we wanted. The negotiations went smoothly as he understood we wanted to know what the bottom line best offer was instead of spending a lot of time haggling back and forth. He came in on his day off to make sure the paperwork went smoothly. Your dealership had everything in order which made things go smoothly.
