Khalil and Ryan were the best I’ve ever dealt with. They truly made every thing so easy and seamless and I can’t wait to bring more customers to them to make it even better They truly made every thing so easy and seamless and I can’t wait to bring more customers to them to make it even better More
Buyer Beware – My Experience With Ed Morse Cadillac Delray Beach I want to share my experience as a buyer beware warning for anyone considering purchasing from Ed Morse Cadillac Delray Beach, especial Delray Beach I want to share my experience as a buyer beware warning for anyone considering purchasing from Ed Morse Cadillac Delray Beach, especially if you are looking at a Certified Pre Owned Cadillac. I purchased a 2021 Cadillac CT5 Premium Luxury (CPO) for my 16 year old son. At the time of sale, the dealership gave me an Experian AutoCheck report showing no accidents or damage. I based my decision on that information, and because this was a CPO vehicle, I expected full transparency. The next day, I noticed something concerning: the AutoCheck report I received had been printed two months earlier and reflected about 4,000 fewer miles than the vehicle I purchased. That seemed unusual, so I ran my own CARFAX report. CARFAX revealed that the vehicle had front end damage reported on 12/15/2025. When I confronted the dealership, they then produced internal photos and documents showing a large front end dent and that the front bumper and grille had been replaced—information that was not disclosed prior to the sale and that directly contradicted the clean report I was given. To their credit, the dealership did offer to immediately take the car back. But the car was purchased for my son, who had already shown it off proudly to friends and family the night we bought it. I didn’t buy a vehicle just to return it the next day. Had I been told about the prior damage before purchasing, I could have: • Selected a different, undamaged Cadillac, or • Negotiated the price appropriately But that opportunity was taken away because the information provided at the time of sale was not complete or current. What concerns me most is not the lack of additional compensation. It is the lack of integrity during the sales process. I expected more from a premium brand and a Cadillac dealership. To make matters worse, after sharing the full documentation with Cadillac Corporate, they replied with a very short message stating they fully support the dealership. No acknowledgment of the discrepancy, no acknowledgment of the nondisclosure—just a quick dismissal. This was my third Cadillac, and after this experience, I am seriously reconsidering staying with the brand. I am sharing this so that other buyers can be fully informed and protect themselves. If you are considering buying from this dealership—please: • Run your own CARFAX • Double check the dates and mileage on any history report you are given • Do not rely solely on dealer provided documentation Be cautious. Ask questions. Protect yourself. More
Horrible customer service. Dropped my XT6 off for a factory recall at 7 am. Left and never heard from them on the status. Called 3 times with no response. Finally, at 4:30 Dropped my XT6 off for a factory recall at 7 am. Left and never heard from them on the status. Called 3 times with no response. Finally, at 4:30 pm drove over to see what was going on. Apparently, if you don't say you're going to wait, your car goes to the back of the line (they confirmed that), and they get to it when they can. They, of course, never told us that otherwise we would have waited. I don't think they even started as it was another 45 min to wait. I don't have confidence that they even did fix the issue. We had to make arrangements for other commitments we could no longer do. No communication, no service. Don't waste your time. They admit they're awful. More
