Never had a problem with my skid plate falling off my vehicle for almost 6 years. This year it fell off twice. The last time they said the screws were stripped but my fiancé took them out when it fell an vehicle for almost 6 years. This year it fell off twice. I had to pick my son up from the high school and was over 39 minutes late so my son had to wait outside in the heat for me. I am very disappointed and contemplating not going back. More

I was confused when I took my car to the dealership for an oil change. I didn't know that they'd changed things around because I live in Rock Island and only go to Genesee for car maintenance.
