Where to begin…. First off, I’m happy with the vehicle that I purchased and happy with the finance dept. That’s about where it ends. We, my wife and I, went in to look at a vehicle, Americo and Dre helped us. We came to an agreement that a few things would be taken care of on the vehicle before we take the vehicle, the paperwork was all signed and ready, we were only waiting for word that the vehicle was ready. I ended up getting a message from Americo saying the vehicle was ready for pickup. This is where all the issues start. When asking about the specific items that were being taken care of, we were told many different things. That they couldn’t fix the dash, it was coming apart at the seams, or that they were still getting quotes to repair it. Then Americo mentions wanting to get us into a different vehicle instead, because it was a used vehicle and it is sold As-Is, even though we agreed with Dre, his manager, that certain things need to be addressed. Then Dre says no we won’t be switching vehicles, that would be a last resort and that he was still working on getting the dash taken care of. Well the following day, we get a message from Dre asking us to go in to look at another vehicle. According to Dre, the dash on the first vehicle could not be fixed. We end up going to see the replacement vehicle, they cancelled the contract for the first one, and we decided to continue with them, against our gut feeling, for the replacement. Now Dre agreed to fix the windshield on the replacement vehicle as it has a big chip in it. Awesome. Once I go get the replacement glass I think everything is great now and we’ll be happy. But that’s not the end. The windshield company failed to let me know that they broke a wiper blade. We had to find out about it, the hard way. We tried cleaning the glass with the wipers, it hadn’t rained in a while but the car was dusty. Unfortunately for us, or our ears really, the broken wiper blade did not stay with the arm and instead the arm wiped the new glass, metal on glass, and caused a loud screeching sound multiple times and ended up scratching the glass. I ended up reaching back out to Americo, who then told me I would need to talk to Dre, since they were all about being a family, and taking care of their customers since they are a local establishment. Well after about a week of being dragged along by Dre he eventually told us that he can’t help us. He did offer to replace the broken wiper blade, which is not really addressing the real concern. In the end, we left with a vehicle we like but with a bad taste for the sales department. Would not recommend More

The sales manager (I didn’t catch his name) and the finance manager, Jesus, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Last but not least kudos to the body shop staff for doing an excellent job—my Jeep looks amazing! I’m a very pleased customer and highly recommend this team! More
