Wish I could say the same about my service experience... I brought my car in to have a part replaced (water was leaking from the back window). After waiting for the part to come in and waiting at the dealership to have the part replaced, I find that the window is STILL LEAKING (and we just happen to have weeks of rain scheduled. I call, no one picks up (that's another headache). Now I have to take off of work again, travel all the way back to the dealership (I live in Suwanee) and wait yet again for it to be fixed. Also, calling the speak with someone is a NIGHTMARE (no one picks up the phone and if I leave a message, NO ONE returns the call). Definitely regret getting the service agreement with my car purchase. Traveling all the way across town is not worth this headache... More

Two recall items were completed as well in good time. Overall we are pleased. Only complaint would be tires left at low psi. More

If dealing with this location make sure to CYA This is the most unprofessional service center I have ever dealt with, they do not stand behind their work. The technicians are not knowledgeable, tho This is the most unprofessional service center I have ever dealt with, they do not stand behind their work. The technicians are not knowledgeable, those in charge are unprofessional and rude, the callousness gets worse as you get higher in the chain. For example I had two vehicles repaired here, upon the completion of work, both vehicles had issues that they did not have before arrival at the service center. Asking them to fix the issues and make it right resulted in them stating I have no proof that anything worked before arrival and even if I did, nothing they did could have caused the issues. Even after speaking with all levels of management, they would do nothing to help me, beyond possibly giving a slight labor discount. I turned down the repairs and took me vehicles home. One of the issues I was able to fix within 15 minutes after looking on the internet, however they claimed they did everything they could and were ready to charge me hundreds of dollars. My advice to anyone having work performed there is to stay clear or document that everything on vehicle is working before letting them touch it. More

The receptionist was rude, the amenities were meh, the wait times were outrageous (6 hours for an oil change!), and the staff was entirely too sales-y. At my last visit, it seems like everything has been turned around. The receptionist was extremely nice and knowledgable; the service manager was a pleasure to work with; I was only in the office for an hour (I was super early to my appointment); and the amenities are great! The computer/business cubes were perfect for me to finish work since I had to leave early to make my appointment. Huge improvement over my previous experiences! More
Ed Voyles Cobb Pkwy Excellent Customer Service Ed Voyles Kia in Chamblee, off Peachtree Ind Blvd, should take a class here on customer service, because they definitely lack it. Lisa, at Cobb Pkwy l Ed Voyles Kia in Chamblee, off Peachtree Ind Blvd, should take a class here on customer service, because they definitely lack it. Lisa, at Cobb Pkwy location, kept me very informed, gave me her direct number, and explained all of the repairs they did. I went here because Chamblee would not even call me back to set up the appointment. Also left messages with the service manager and the dealer manager and they never called back either. I imagine Chamblee Ed Voyles just does not care :-( If I did not have a service package, I would have went somewhere else entirely. More

Service Center very poor I’ve seen better waiting rooms at gas stations. Small, cramped and dirty. I’m glad I get my truck serviced at Jim Tidwell Ford off of Barrett parkway, I’ve seen better waiting rooms at gas stations. Small, cramped and dirty. I’m glad I get my truck serviced at Jim Tidwell Ford off of Barrett parkway, and my Camery at Cobb Toyota. Lucky for my wife and I, we dropped the car off the night before and did not have to wait there. The night before when we dropped it off, we asked If the body shop could give us a quote on a scratch on left side. When we came to pick the car up at 2 pm there was no quote was done. They wanted us to drive the car up to the body shop to get it done. We decided it we’d be better off some place else. We were given the keys to the car by the cashier, but we were left to go out and find it ourselves. Lucky for us we found a mechanic who located the car for us. We just felt to place is poorly managed and not very eager to get our business. Too bad because the sales team was very good. More
Very disappointing service I was ran off the road and hit the curb, took my vehicle in on a Wednesday to be looked at was told I had a bent wheel and the part had to be ordered I was ran off the road and hit the curb, took my vehicle in on a Wednesday to be looked at was told I had a bent wheel and the part had to be ordered and would be in on Friday and it would cost me approx. $400 for the part. I was not offered a loaner vehicle nor a ride home. I called the original dealer where I purchased the car and the same part was $150 less there. I picked up my vehicle and was given the lower price on the part. Upon driving my car home I could tell there was still something wrong with it, so I took it back first thing Saturday morning. Was now told that I needed a hub bearing the part was $140 with labor would be about $650 and had to be ordered and would not be in until Wednesday. Now I am pissed they had my car for 3 days and should have done a complete check of the wheel area given what I told them had happened, I was not about to pay for labor again when it should have been found out in the first 3 days they had my car, and I was not going 5 more days without a loaner car. I went to the service center and spoke with the manager he finally agreed to waive the additional labor and he did put me in a loaner vehicle. On Wednesday when my car was to be ready I called to find out what the status was and was told it would not be ready, they had ordered the wrong part and it would not be in until the next day. Now I find this odd as I had to wait 5 days for the part to come in, but they screw up and can get it there the next day? After 8 days my car is finally fixed, however I will not be going back to this service center, the whole situation was a complete screw up. In the end they did waive the extra labor and put me in a labor, however the whole situation could have been avoided had they done the proper inspection the first time. Lisa the service adviser was fine, she was only doing what she was allowed to within the parameters of her job. More
